An initial consultation is an opportunity for both of us to get to know each other and determine whether we may be a good fit for working together. This consultation is free of charge and is typically a 15-minute phone conversation.

If we are a good match, we will schedule an initial intake session.

Individual intake: $275 for a 60-minute session.

I provide individual weekly therapy at a standard fee of $250 for a 50-minute session.

I am currently in-network with Aetna. For all other insurance plans, I can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your specific coverage.
